Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges:
To simplify the return & exchange process, we now only issue refunds in store credits. For exchanges, you can simply use the store credits to purchase the new size.
Return Process:
To submit a return request, please register an account on our website or on the Shop app, and submit a request from your account dashboard. Return requests are usually approved within 24 to 48 hours.
Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect sellable condition.
Detailed return instructions will be sent to you via email along with the return label.
Please do not purchase or use your own return shipping label.
Time Windows:
You can submit a return request within 14 days after the date of delivery. After your request is approved, a return label will be sent to you via email, and you will have 7 days to drop off the package at the post office. Store credits will be sent to you via email as soon as we receive and process your return.

Refund Amounts:
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a discount code was applied to your order, the discounted amount will be deducted from the refund.
No Returns or Exchanges for International Orders:
We currently cannot accommodate international returns or exchanges.
All international sales are final.
Clearance & Final Sale Items:
Clearance and Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping Protection:
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout.
With shipping protection, if your package is lost or stolen, we will send you a replacement package free of charge. In the case where the items are sold out, we can issue a full refund for you in store credits.

In most cases, a shipping insurance claim will be filed, and a link will be sent to you to verify the claim. The claim is usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.
We cannot issue any refund without the claim being verified by the customer.
Lost Package & Failed Delivery:
Without shipping protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For example:
1) The address you entered was wrong or incomplete
2) The package was lost in transit
3) The package was stolen after delivery
4) The package was damaged upon delivery
5) The delivery failed or the package was returned to sender for any other reason
We will not be responsible for any of these situations. We will not be able to issue a refund for you or resend your package for free.
Wrong Items or Address:
Please double-check that you’ve selected the correct items and entered the correct shipping address before placing your order. Auto-fill may sometimes insert an old address.
If you notice an error, email us ASAP at shinybynature@gmail.com and include your order number.
We’re a small team and don’t monitor email 24/7. While we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, we can’t guarantee changes. Once your package has shipped, we’re unable to modify the order, issue refunds, or resend items for free.
Cancellation:
When an order is placed, it is considered a careful and thoughtful purchase.
To ensure the smoothness of our fulfillment process, we are generally unable to cancel an order that has been placed.
Once an order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.
Package Returned to Sender:
If your package failed to be delivered for any reason and was returned to sender, please contact us via email: shinybynature@gmail.com
If the items you ordered are in stock, we can help you create a new order with the same items, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new order.
If one or several items in your original order are out of stock, we will issue store credits for you in the same amounts.
The shipping costs for the original package are non-refundable.
We can only issue store credits as refunds.
Shipping Timeframe:
Orders are normally processed within 2 - 4 business days.
When there are spikes in order volumes, especially during sales events, the processing times can be longer.
