Shipping policy
We strongly recommend purchasing shipping protection at checkout ($2 per package). With shipping protection, if your package is lost or stolen, we will send you a replacement package free of charge, or issue a full refund.
Without shipping protection, we are generally not responsible for lost or stolen packages, if they are shipped to the address on the record, or if the delivery fails and is returned to sender.

Lost Package & Failed Delivery:

Wrong Items or Address:
We strongly recommend double checking if you are ordering the correct items and putting in your correct shipping address when placing an order. Sometimes, auto-correction may automatically put in one of your old addresses.
If you realize you have ordered a wrong item or entered the wrong address, please send us an email ASAP and make sure to include your order number: shinybynature@gmail.com
Please know that we are a very small team, and our email inbox is not monitored 24/7. While we will try our best to correct the errors before your package is shipped out, it's not something we can guarantee 100%. Once your package is shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes on our end, and we will not be able to refund your order and send you a new package for free.
Cancellation:
When a new order is placed, it is considered a careful and thoughtful purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation requests to be accommodated. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer cancel the order or issue a refund for you.
Package Returned to Sender:
In the case where we sent out the package to the address you entered for your order, but the package was returned to sender due to the address being incomplete, or for any other reasons, we will not be able to refund your order.
After the package is returned to us, we may be able to resend your order, but will need to charge you $10 additional shipping costs.

Shipping Timeframe:
Orders are normally processed within 2 - 3 business days. However, when there are spikes in order volumes, especially during major sales events, the processing times can be significantly longer.
Unless you request to cancel your order at least one business day prior to when your order is processed, we cannot refund your order due to shipping delays.
